Not a healing retreat, but a four-day long hang of  — warmth, play, and togetherness, where nothing needs to happen and you can just be.

UNWIND isn’t about becoming a floating yoga guru or ticking off every session. There’s nothing to push through, nothing to perform, and no gold stars. It’s not about being calm all the time, and it’s definitely not about disappearing into silence for three days straight.

UNWIND is about space. Real space.

Space to choose what feels right in the moment. It can mean laughing, moving, playing, exploring, being still or solitude - feeling fully alive, in whatever way works for you.

Think morning circles, playful workshops, candlelit yin, spa time, walks, deep chats — and plenty of long afternoons to do absolutely nothing. Join the experiences if that’s what your body wants, or spend your day meandering between the spa, your book, and snacks. 

You decide how your days unfold. We take care of the rest.

Let us do the lifting, you do the living.

UNWIND is designed to celebrate who you are, lift you up, and hold space for you to fully show up. Through small guided moments woven into the days, you’ll leave reminded of your authenticity — and just what an amazing queen you already are! YES BABE!

 

This is your space to fully show up, laugh, and soak it all in.

There’s something really alive about being in a space with women where no one has to prove anything. Ease turns into giggles. Conversations turn into inspiration. And at some point, you realise that just being here — doing what feels right — leaves you both rested and inspired.

And when you get home and your bestie/lover/colleague asks, how it was? You will say: “Epic. Just epic.”

I’m your host and your personal nervous system awareness coach based on Gubbi Gubbi Country, who’s more interested in making change feel real than just talking about it. 

I work with women whose brains are loud, messy, and endlessly clever — and help them get their bodies on board so their clarity becomes action. The results? Women actually showing up as themselves — making decisions and moves they have been talking about for years, all because they finally feel connected, clear, and fully at home in themselves. This is what I call Self-Belonging: that hey — this is me, and I’m exactly where I’m meant to be feeling.

Trine is a German-borne, Sunshine Coast–based plant-based cook on a mission to flip the script on how we see food. This isn’t about rules or restriction — it’s about flavour, creativity and that 'holy sht, this is plant-based?' moment.

When I’m not surfing, I’m bringing people together around the table, turning plants into playful, nourishing, full-sensory experiences. Food, for me, is connection — messy but luxurious, joyful, and meant to be shared.

ZYANYA

Zyanya Earthwalker is a Northern Rivers–based ceramic artist and educator who helps women slow down, get hands messy, and explore the power of making with intention. Her work with clay is both material and metaphor — a way to notice the body, mark impermanence, and celebrate the beauty of becoming.

In her life sculpture workshops, Zyanya brings together her love of teaching, her reverence for the human form, and her belief in creativity as a grounding, connective practice. She encourages curiosity, presence, and gentle experimentation, giving participants the space to play, observe, and reconnect with themselves and one another. The result? Women leave feeling touched, seen, and enlivened, reminded of the joy in creating without striving for perfection.

  • UNWIND is in the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay, Commissioners Creek, about 2 hours south of Brisbane. The retreat runs for 4 days and 3 nights. from 17th - 20th of April. Exact arrival and departure times, plus the full address, will be sent once you’ve booked.

  • In my personal experience I tell you: coming alone to a retreat is the best thing ever, because you will be able to really choose, what resonates with you! Whenever I hosted retreats, there were always women coming by themselves and they left with 10 new besties. It's the best! Message me if you have more concerns! Let's chat!

  • Yes, but you are free to choose if you want to participate or just do you! We have a flexible flow of yoga, rituals, movement, creative activities and relaxation sessions — plus plenty of downtime to rest, walk, or just soak in the space spa or pool. Again: you do you babe - make this YOUR retreat.

  • Travel to and from the retreat, personal items, and optional single room upgrades are not included (please message me for single room options HERE. Booking fees ($122) are included in the pricing. Anything outside the retreat’s meals, drinks, and workshops is on you, but since we won't leave the premises, there is nothing I can think of :)

  • Yes! There are 2 Karma Spots available at a reduced rate. In exchange, you help the chef with food prep and help tidy the dining area. You’ll still participate in all workshops as much as possible — we’ll do our best with timing so you don’t miss out. It’s a way to join at a lower cost while being part of the behind-the-scenes magic. They can both be booked here (PIF) or here (Splitpay)

  • The retreat house is cosy, spacious, and nestled in nature. We have plenty of indoor and outdoor space, a yoga dome, a spa, a sauna and a pool.

    Accommodation is shared:

    • 2 rooms with 2 queen beds (quad share – 4 people per room)

    • 1 room with 2 single beds (twin share)

    • 1 room with 1 queen bed (single occupancy – limited)
      All rooms are designed for comfort, rest, and ease. You can request to room with a friend — just email us after booking.

  • You’ll get 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, snacks throughout the day, and non-alcoholic drinks. All meals are prepared with care by our private chef and designed to nourish you through movement and workshops. 

  • Yes! Please let us know all allergies or dietary requirements when you book. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though we can’t guarantee reactions won’t occur — please always check and use your judgment.

  • We welcome participants with care and will do our best to adapt activities. However, there is no medical or therapeutic supervision, so you are responsible for your participation and any modifications needed. Let us know in advance so we can plan for safety and comfort.

  • Yes, we may take photos and videos for documentation and promotional purposes. If you’d rather not be included, just let us know in writing before the retreat — no awkwardness at all.

  • See our cancellation policy:

    • More than 4 weeks before the retreat → full refund (minus $122 booking fee)

    • Less than 2 weeks → no refund

    • No-show → no refund

    • Illness up to 1 week before → 50% refund with medical certificate

    • Illness within 1 week → no refund

    You can also transfer your spot to someone else if needed.

  • Yes, we strongly recommend arranging your own travel insurance. This covers illness, injury, cancellations, and your personal belongings. It’s just a safety net so you can relax and fully enjoy your retreat.
